VMC Realty - 1958Oliver Wendell Holmes, Jr. said “Every calling is great when greatly pursued.” From the very beginning, VMC Realty has passionately pursued property management as nothing less than a calling to set the highest standard of service possible.

VMC Realty was established in 1945 by Harry J. Vordermeier, Sr. who along with son Harry J. Vordermeier, Jr. are the only two people from Broward County to ever hold the posts of president of the Florida Association of Realtors and chairman of the Florida Real Estate Commission. Their professional commitment and innovative management style gave VMC the strong foundation on which our success continues to build.
